During an interview this week, David Hasselhoff let slip that he has more than a role in "The Producers." He has a percentage. "I'm not at liberty to talk about this, because I haven't discussed whether I should be talking about it," he told "The Strip" podcasters Steve Friess and Miles Smith (www.thestrippodcast.com). But, he added, "I don't do anything unless I own a piece of it."

Mel Brooks is bringing the show to the Paris Las Vegas next month, with Hasselhoff, the former "Baywatch" hunk, playing flamboyant director Roger DeBris. "The Producers" opens Jan. 31, with media and VIP openings Feb 8-9. ...
